From Skyline to Stone Forests: Shanghai & Zhangjiajie Explorer.
Day 1: Shanghai – Zhangjiajie | CityHighlights
Upon arrival in Shanghai in the early morning (flight MU2462: 01:05–06:40), you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Check in and rest until early afternoon. At around 13:30, meet your English-speaking guide and enjoy lunch. Later, proceed for a city walk along Nanjing Road followed by sightseeing at The Bund, offering stunning views of Shanghai’s skyline. In the evening, transfer to the airport for your flight to Zhangjiajie (MU8439: 19:10–21:40). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in for an overnight stay in Zhangjiajie.
Day 2: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your exploration of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Ride the famous Bailong Sightseeing Elevator and visit the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, known for inspiring scenes in the movie Avatar. After lunch, continue to the Yangjiajie Scenic Area, followed by a visit to Tianzi Mountain, famous for its dramatic sandstone peaks and breathtaking panoramic views. Return to your hotel in Zhangjiajie for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon & Huanglong Cave
Following breakfast, proceed to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Experience the spectacular Glass Bridge and enjoy activities such as a boat ride, zipline, and slide. After lunch, visit Huanglong Cave, one of China’s most beautiful karst caves, featuring impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers. Return to the hotel in Zhangjiajie for overnight accommodation.
Day 4: Zhangjiajie – Shanghai
After breakfast, depart for Tianmen Mountain. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride, followed by exploration of the Tianmen Mountain West Line and East Line, offering stunning cliffside walkways and mountain views. After lunch, visit the 72 Unique Buildings, showcasing distinctive local architecture. Later in the evening, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Shanghai (MU8440: 22:25–00:20). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay in Shanghai.
Day 5: Shanghai Departure
After check-out from the hotel, transfer to Shanghai Airport for your onward departure flight (MU265: 10:20–17:05), marking the end of your memorable China journey.

- If the proposed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged without affecting the overall package quality.
- Standard hotel check-in is between 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out between 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 30%–50% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%–75% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee / No refund
- No-show, early departure, or last-minute amendments: 100% charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and supplier rules
