Day 1: Arrival in Moscow
Upon arrival at Moscow International Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel on a private basis. Check-in at the hotel is available after 14:00 hrs. The rest of the day is free for relaxation or to explore the surroundings on your own. Overnight stay in Moscow. (Vehicle for airport transfer only)
Day 2: Moscow City Tour
After breakfast, meet your English-speaking guide and begin an exciting Moscow city tour using the famous Moscow Metro. During the tour, you will view the historic and cultural landmarks including the Kremlin Territory (outside), Red Square, Alexander Garden, Zaryadye Park, St. Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin Tomb, and GUM State Department Store. Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay in Moscow. (Metro + Guide service from 11:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs)
Day 3: Moscow to St. Petersburg
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the railway station. Board the high-speed Sapsan Bullet Train for a scenic journey to St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in after 14:00 hrs. The evening is free for leisure activities or optional exploration. Overnight stay in St. Petersburg. (Vehicle + Guide for station transfers only)
Day 4: St. Petersburg City Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide at the hotel and proceed for a comprehensive city tour of St. Petersburg. You will see the Hermitage Museum (outside), St. Petersburg State University, The Split of Basil Island, Exchange Building Lighthouses, Stroganoff’s Palace, Bronze Horseman, Summer Garden, and enjoy a short Nevsky Prospekt tour. Visit the Kazan Cathedral from inside. Return to the hotel after sightseeing. Overnight stay in St. Petersburg. (Vehicle + Guide from 11:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs)
Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport to catch your onward flight. End of the tour with pleasant memories. (Vehicle for airport transfer only)

- No refund will be provided for unused services, including meals, transfers, tours, or activities.
- If the proposed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged without affecting the overall package quality.
- Standard hotel check-in is between 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out between 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and all required travel documents.
- CACELO Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Does not process bookings or provide services for destinations listed under OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.
- CACELO Tourism LLC shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 30%–50% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%–75% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee / No refund
- No-show, early departure, or last-minute amendments: 100% charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and supplier rules

- At CACELO TOURISM LLC, child fares, age categories, and related charges follow the rules and policies set by hotels, DMCs and other service providers.
