Day 1: Arrival in Almaty
Arrive at Almaty International Airport and meet your English-speaking guide. Transfer to the hotel with onboard refreshments and Wi-Fi. Check-in and relax after your journey. Evening free. Dinner on own. Overnight in Almaty.
Day 2: Shyambulak Mountains & Evening Walk
After breakfast, visit Shymbulak Mountain Resort by a 3-tier gondola ride up to 3,200 meters. Enjoy scenic views and leisure time. Lunch on own. In the evening, enjoy a walking tour of Panfilov Promenade and Arbat Street, known for music, lights, shopping, and street performances. Dinner on own. Overnight in Almaty
Day 3: Almaty City Tour & Kok Tobe
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided city tour covering major landmarks including Republic Square, First President Park, Abay Square, and more. Visit Panfilov Park and the iconic Zenkov Cathedral. Later, take a cable car ride to Kok Tobe Hill for panoramic city views. Dinner on own. Overnight in Almaty.
Day 4: Green Bazar & Shopping
After breakfast, explore the vibrant Green Bazaar followed by a visit to the famous Rakhat Chocolate Shop. Lunch on own. Afternoon free for shopping at premium malls such as Dostyk Plaza, Esentai Mall, or Mega Mall. Dinner on own. Overnight in Almaty.
Day 5: Departure
Early morning check-out with packed breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey with memorable experiences of Kazakhstan.

- No refund will be provided for unused services, including meals, transfers, tours, or activities.
- If the proposed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged without affecting the overall package quality.
- Standard hotel check-in is between 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out between 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and all required travel documents.
- CACELO Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Does not process bookings or provide services for destinations listed under OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.
- CACELO Tourism LLC shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 30%–50% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%–75% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee / No refund
- No-show, early departure, or last-minute amendments: 100% charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and supplier rules

- At CACELO TOURISM LLC, child fares, age categories, and related charges follow the rules and policies set by hotels, DMCs and other service providers.
