Day 1: Arrival in Almaty
Welcome to Almaty, the southern capital and cultural heart of Kazakhstan. Upon arrival at Almaty International Airport, meet your driver and transfer privately to your hotel. Check in and enjoy a relaxed evening at leisure. Explore nearby cafés, admire the winter-lit city streets, or simply unwind after your journey. Overnight in Almaty.
Day 2: Mountain Adventure & Winter Fun
After breakfast, proceed to Oi-Qaragai Mountain Resort, a scenic alpine destination offering activities such as ziplining (one of the longest in Central Asia), forest walks, snowmobiling, and family-friendly winter experiences. In the Afternoon, Visit the New Aqtas Ski Zone (opened winter 2025), Almaty’s newest mountain slope. Guests may ski or snowboard, or simply enjoy the crisp mountain air and panoramic views. Later in the evening, head to Husky Park for a heartwarming encounter with friendly Siberian huskies and enjoy a short sled ride (subject to availability and weather conditions). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Medeo & Shymbulak Experience
After breakfast, visit the famous Medeo Ice Rink, the world’s highest open-air skating rink, beautifully set in a mountain valley. (Currently under reconstruction until 2027; viewing from outside only.) Continue to Shymbulak Mountain Resort via cable car (3 stations). Enjoy breathtaking alpine scenery, cozy mountain cafés, and optional skiing or snowboarding (with instructor available at extra cost). Afternoon, visit a traditional Bal Kymyz Farm, where you’ll sample kymyz (fermented mare’s milk) and local snacks while learning about Kazakh nomadic traditions. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Nature & City Life
In the morning, excursion to Almarasan Gorge, Bears Valley, and Ayu-Sai Tourist Center. This peaceful natural escape offers fresh mountain air, riverside walking paths, and cozy cafés—popular with locals for relaxation close to the city. Afternoon, visit Mega Center Almaty, one of the city’s largest shopping and leisure complexes. Enjoy shopping, coffee breaks, or simply experience Almaty’s modern lifestyle. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer privately to Almaty International Airport for your onward journey, carrying warm memories of Kazakhstan’s mountains, culture, and hospitality.

- Airfares are not included unless specifically mentioned. Flight booking assistance is available upon request.
- Hotel rooms and services are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of booking confirmation and payment.
- All rates are subject to change due to availability, peak seasons, public holidays, special events, or currency fluctuations.
- The itinerary may be amended or rearranged due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, including meals, transfers, tours, or activities.
- If the proposed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged without affecting the overall package quality.
- Standard hotel check-in is between 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out between 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and all required travel documents.
- CACELO Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Does not process bookings or provide services for destinations listed under OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.
- CACELO Tourism LLC shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 30%–50% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%–75% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee / No refund
- No-show, early departure, or last-minute amendments: 100% charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and supplier rules

- At CACELO TOURISM LLC, child fares, age categories, and related charges follow the rules and policies set by hotels, DMCs and other service providers.
