Complete Documentation Checklist
Required Documents for Schengen visa:
- Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned stay in the Schengen area
- Original bank statements for the last 3–6 months
- Travel itinerary and accommodation proofs
- Travel insurance covering the Schengen area (€30,000 minimum coverage)
- Two recent passport-size photos with white background (Photoshoot available at our office)
Notes for Schengen visa documentation:
- Passport validity: Must cover travel period plus three months. If multiple travelers are listed in the same passport, each must submit a separate application.
- Photos: Uploaded during the online application or visa center submission. Bring one printed photo if needed.

The consulate may ask for extra documents to confirm eligibility, such as:
- Holiday package or purpose of travel
- Travel tickets – proof of return
- Bank statements – to prove ability to cover expenses
