1. Airfare:
Airfare included in the package is based on current availability. Any change in airfare at the time of booking may affect the total package cost.
2. Hotel Reservations:
No rooms are held at the quotation stage. Hotel availability will be checked and confirmed only after receiving booking confirmation and payment.
3. Rates & Availability:
All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change during peak seasons, public holidays, special events, or due to currency fluctuations.
4. Itinerary Amendments:
The itinerary may be modified, swapped, or adjusted due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
5. Unused Services:
No refund will be provided for unused services such as meals, transfers, activities, tours, or sightseeing.
6. Alternate Accommodation:
If the proposed hotels are unavailable at the time of confirmation, alternate hotels of similar category will be provided without impacting the overall package quality.
7. Check-in / Check-out Timings:
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00–15:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges unless mentioned in the package.
8. Special Requests:
Requests such as specific room types, adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed types, or early check-in cannot be guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.
9. Package Validity:
All quoted prices are based on current rates. No bookings have been processed at the quotation stage, and rates may change until final confirmation.
10. Travel Documents:
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity, visas, travel insurance, vaccination requirements, and any other necessary travel documents.
11. Personal Belongings:
CACELO Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, luggage, travel documents, money, or valuables at any point during the trip. Guests must keep their items secure throughout the journey.
12. OFAC & Sanctioned Countries:
CACELO Tourism LLC does not process bookings or provide services for destinations listed under OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries. All bookings must comply with UAE and international regulations.
13. Force Majeure:
CACELO Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, flight disruptions, pandemics, or events beyond our control.
Child Policy – CACELO TOURISM LLC
At CACELO TOURISM LLC, child fares, age categories, and related charges follow the rules and policies set by hotels, DMCs and other service providers.
Age Categories
* Infant: 0–2 years
* Child: 2–11 years
* Adult: 12+ years
(Age categories may vary depending on specific supplier policies.)
Documentation
All children must carry valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and other required permits.
If a child is traveling with only one parent or guardian, a consent letter may be required by immigration or airlines.
Unaccompanied Minors
Unaccompanied Minor (UM) rules, charges, and availability depend on the respective airline.
Parents/guardians must confirm airline policies before booking.
Hotels & Activities
Hotel child rates, meal plans, extra bed charges, and activity age requirements vary by property and supplier.
Proof of age may be required at check-in.
Safety & Responsibility
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the trip.

30%–50% cancellation fee of the total package cost (subject to hotel and supplier policies)
29 to 15 days before arrival:
50%–75% cancellation fee
14 days or less before arrival:
100% cancellation fee / No refund
No-show, early departure, or last-minute amendments:
100% charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and supplier rules
