FAQs
Visa timelines vary by season and consulate workload. For approved B1/B2 applications, passports are usually returned by courier in a few business days after the interview. Some cases may require administrative processing, which can take longer.
We carefully prepare your application to prevent avoidable delays (DS-160 number, barcode, photo compliance, consistent financials), which often matters more than the brief interview itself.
The standard nonimmigrant visa application (MRV) fee for visitor/student/exchange categories is $185 (petition based visas differ). Always check the official U.S. government fee page. We confirm the correct fee and payment method before you pay.
Previously, interviews were generally required for applicants aged 14–79, with exemptions for children under 14 and adults 80+. Effective September 2, 2025, most applicants, including under-14s and over-79s, will typically require an in-person interview.
We guide you or a parent/guardian so your case is complete, consistent, and easy to review during the interview.
If the consular portal allows document submission via courier, you will receive a Courier-In Authorization. You submit it at designated Emirates Post counters. We prepare the packet, checklist, and barcodes for you.
